Kohl's Yes Pass

My favorite store has released another coupon!  I usually wait for the 20% off promo but if you are in need of a Kohl's promo now, here is one for 15% off.  I have a few items on my wishlist as well so I'm crossing my fingers for a 20% off one soon!  On another note, why are companies no longer doing these percentage off anymore?  Now they're just doing the buy one item, get the second 50% off deal (I'm looking at you Nine West).  I know it's a ploy to get us consumers to buy more but really, sometimes there just isn't another item that I would want so I just don't buy anything at all.  Just my two cents on BOGOHO (Buy One, Get One Half Off).  What are your thoughts on BOGOHO?
