One of the things I love about spring is the free pass to wear colors.  Sure you can wear colors year round but it's more muted and is usually paired with a darker color -- to match the dreary weather I gather.  

I really love the bright orange of this dress and the flirty pleats on the skirt.  It's a fun happy dress and yes, when I put it on, I do feel happy and fun :)
